Summary: Bergelectric worked diligently with electrical engineers Mozetti, Bath Engineering on this massive hospital project. The team succeeded in providing the community-owned hospital a design that fit the owner’s budget and schedule. This Bergelectric GMP Cost-Plus contracted hospital consisted of renovations to the existing hospital along with a 420,000-s.f.f new East Tower, and a new 62,800-s.f. West Tower.

The East Tower consists of a 25,000-s.f. of new NICU, 71,000-s.f. of future patient room improvements, 161,000-s.f. of new patient rooms, administration, OR Suites, and radiology procedure rooms.

The West Tower consists of new OR Suites, Trauma, and a new Cath Lab. Central Plant upgrades are required to support the additions.
