Summary: Las Vegas-based LM Construction, a leader in concrete tilt-up construction and tenant improvement, is joining forces once again with Bergelectric in delivery of the three-building office park for the Department of Aviation. Designed by JMA Architecture Studios to potentially be divided into 5,000-square foot individual spaces, each of the 46,000-s.f. building shells must be laid out to accommodate multiple future tenants.

In addition to Bergelectric providing fire-alarm systems, electrical power, interior lighting and site lighting for the single-story office buildings, work crews will also ensure prospective tenants’ ability to connect to the fiber-optics telecommunications available throughout the entire master development.
