Summary: The Camp Parks Readiness Center is a 33,000 square-foot single story structure with steel-framed roof structure and exterior load bearing masonry walls bearing on spread footings. The building façade consists of split-faced CMU with punched windows and store front entry.  The 3,990 square-foot Unheated Storage Building and 3,775 Maintenance Training Building was pre-engineered steel-framed structures bearing on spread footings with metal roof and wall panels.  Construction included interior finishes, kitchen equipment, forced-air VAV HVAC system with hot water reheat, interior plumbing with fixtures and finishes, fire protection suppression and detection systems, secondary interior electrical distribution and lighting systems and communications systems.  Site utilities included water, sanitary and storm sewers, natural gas and primary electrical systems.  Site work included access drives, visitor and military vehicle parking areas with lighting, fuel truck containment pad grading, landscaping, irrigation system and fencing.
