Summary: Bergelectric was chosen to help construct the 35,000-s.f. science complex with general contractor Soltek Pacific, a San Diego-based company with whom Berg has completed dozens of projects.
Berg installed all electrical systems including high-voltage power distribution, lighting, laboratory-support equipment and fire-alarm and security systems. The electrical systems were designed by Fields Devereaux Harley Ellis, a firm that served as both architect and engineer for the new science complex.
The science complex opened its doors in October 2006.
