In addition to the $8.7 million core and shell renovation of the existing structure, the base electrical systems of The Cosmopolitan needed to be brought up to code. The Berg team furnished and installed all of the electrical rough-in for the threater’s A/V systems, installed all interior and exterior lighting, and had full responsibility for the critical fire alarm and phone raceways/back boxes.
