Summary: Situated on a 62-acre parcel in southwest Orlando and designed by Florida-based Helman Hurley Charvat Peacock/Architects, Eden Springs began construction in September of 2006. Berg collaborated with electrical engineer GRG Consulting Engineers in a design-assist capacity.

EB Developers, a south-Florida luxury real-estate developer and builder, planned the resort to evoke feelings of “old Florida ” with extensive natural water features and indigenous landscaping through which the resort’s 1,100+ condominium homes are woven. Amenities include a 25,000-s.f., two-story spa located in the main hotel building; a 1,250-person capacity ballroom; conference center; retail shops; restaurants and boating and fishing docks.
