Summary: Over the past 50-years John Q. Hammons has had a knack for strategically placing its interests in emergent areas that are natural “demand generators” – and the 263-suite Embassy Suites – Loveland Hotel and Spa is no exception.

Construction of the eight-story hotel, spa and adjoining 70,000-s.f. convention center was under the guidance of KCC Contractor, Inc. a division of Killian Construction Group. It is the first large-scale development at the Ranch Fairgrounds and Budweiser Events Complex. This hub of activity in the community is the site of Loveland's well-attended special events that include rodeos, fairs, ice-hockey games and concerts.
