Summary:The Opus/Berg team's demonstrated ability to deliver on fast-track design-build assignments, on such projects as nearby Bridgport Village and the EPA Region 8 Headquarters, was critical to the success of the Fanno Creek Place complex. The Fanno Creek project’s magnitude – which included two new buildings and one existing facility -- combined with the requirement for high-end finishes and an aggressive schedule were driving forces necessary to turn over the completed construction to OSB on time.

Berg was responsible for the installation of the ultra high-end lighting, fire-alarm, card access and tel-data control systems that serve as the hub of activity for the busy association and provide OSB with room to continue to grow.
