Summary: When Las Vegas Mayor, Oscar Goodman, learned that the FBI intended to move its regional headquarters out of Las Vegas , he struck up a deal with the agency to build its new regional headquarters on 5.3-acres of land in Enterprise Park . Stella Lake Partners developed the 121,000-s.f. headquarters and adjacent parking structure that enhances the revitalization efforts. Construction began on the 3-story project in March of 2005 and completed in March of 2007.
Bergelectric was in charge of installing lighting, power, emergency and tel-data systems, as well as security raceways for systems installed by the FBI’s contractor. PageSoutherlandPage, a multi-disciplinary design firm with an international practice, designed the electrical systems for the new FBI Regional Headquarters.
