Summary: The first of many phases for this hotel kicked off at the end off 2005. By summer’s end in 2006, the new hotel will be ready with 84 rooms, pool, spa and lobby. A new pedestrian walkway will link the hotel’s elevators and escalators to the casino.

Construction of the hotel was headed up by Flintco Constructive Solutions, one of the operating companies of The Flintco Companies, the largest American Indian-owned construction company in the world. Local architect Nichols, Melburg & Rossetto designed the high-end hotel.

In a design-build effort with Capital City Design, Bergelectric provided high-voltage power, switchgear, fire-alarm system, security-system conduits, tel-data conduits, generator and site lighting in nine very short months.
