Summary: From its first-floor base – which features an inviting lobby with seating, retail space and restaurants – the First & Main office tower soars to 16-stories. To serve commuter needs, the progressive project offers not only three stories of underground parking, but also includes a bicycle hub providing secure bike storage and shower facilities on the ground floor.

Over the course of the 28-month construction schedule, the electrical team collaborated with the owner, designers and general contractors in the pursuit of a US Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification.
