Located in Sacramento on a 13.4-acre site, Golden 1’s new six-story corporate headquarters makes a dramatic financial statement. The project, designed by Ware Malcomb, is the tallest building in an office building campus near U.S. Route 50. Sheathed in glass windows, it houses 4.5 floors of corporate offices that includes a 5,300-s.f. high-tech data center, as well as 1.5 floors of tenant space.
