Summary: Originally a condominium project, Opus Northwest revised plans for the Ladd Tower to accommodate luxury apartments – which Berg has taken in stride. Enlisting the services of MKE & Associates, Berg adjusted designs to accommodate a 23-story, 332-unit apartment building.

Designed by Ankrom Moisan Architecture, Ladd Tower will integrate with the neighborhood architecture – utilizing a traditional stone-clad design that will front 5,000-s.f. of retail space. The building will also feature a contemporary glass tower, providing a modern complement to the historic area – all over four levels of underground parking.
