Summary: The $180-million Grande Palisades Resort at Lake Austin is the second -- and largest – of four master-planned luxury condominium resorts gracing 400 lush acres at Lake Austin . The project encompasses approximately one million s.f. of space that includes condominiums and a 10,000-s.f. retail area.

Berg worked with electrical engineer Construction Engineering Group in a design-assist role to complete the project. Working with designers early in the preconstruction stage provided Berg with opportunities to identity cost savings.

Every condominium unit features a 125-amp electrical service, and is pre-wired for telephone, cable and fans. In addition, Berg provided all electrical and fire-alarm systems as well as low-voltage conduit for the resort.
