Summary: Perini Building Company, the nation’s largest builder of casinos and hotels, was the general contractor for the $54-million property, which was designed by Dennis Hill Architects. Bergelectric has worked with electrical engineer JBA Consulting Engineers to complete the extensive electrical requirements.

Following the project’s kick-off in November of 2004, crews had only one year to complete the hotel tower and five-story attached parking structure, as well as all site work. Bergelectric performed much of the electrical, fire-alarm and tel-data infrastructures in-house, utilizing our detailing, prefab, fire-alarm and tel-data departments. Berg also completed all power requirements, including site electrical, lighting fixtures, dimming systems and kitchen electrical requirements. In addition, there was extensive audio/visual systems.
