Summary: Bergelectric teamed up with Perini Building Company for the brand new construction of the Pechanga Hotel & Casino - a thirteen-level hotel/convention center and a 700,000 square foot casino. At the time, the Pechanga Hotel & Casino was the largest gaming facility in California.

The three-level casino and entertainment center includes over 180,000 square feet of gaming area, seven themed restaurants, a 1,200-seat performing arts facility, a 25,000 square foot night club, a 15,000 square foot poker room, and a 400-seat employee dining facility. The facility also includes over 100,000 square feet of office and support areas. The exterior finish consists of plaster and glass incorporating unique design patterns found in the tribe's artwork. The hotel and convention center includes 522 guest rooms, 10 meeting rooms and a 24,000 square foot ballroom and banquet facility.
