Centered around a seven-story, enclosed glass lobby atrium, Qualcomm's new corporate headquarters building was designed to accommodate 1,200-plus employees. With ten stories above ground and one basement level, the structure utilizes unique lighting features and unitized curtain wall system clad in limestone, painted metal panels, and energy-efficient glass. Affording spectacular southwest views, the building encompasses private offices, research and development facilities, a fitness center, and a cafe. A private helistop atop the building accommodates executives and corporate visitors.
