Summary: With a mission to maintain properly trained and equipped units available for mobilization for war, or a national emergency, the Army National Guard must be on their toes and ready for action at a moment's notice. Adhering to their mission, The National Guard Bureau in San Luis Obispo made plans to create a deployment center in Moreno Valley, California, and wisely chose Bergelectric to be a part of the construction team.

This single story National Guard facility totals 53,000 square feet and includes administrative space, training rooms, and equipment processing/storage on a 16-acre site.

Electrical features for the Moreno Valley Readiness Center include: utility duct banks, precast concrete sub structures, a site lighting package, switchgear, cable tray, a UPS battery backup, a fire alarm system, tel/data wiring, an intercommunication system, and a mass notification system.
