Summary: The Viera condominiums were the first residences to be constructed within the Village at MonteLago. The fast-paced project began in September of 2002 and every trade worked at lightning speeds to finish it by July 2003.

Berg’s detailing department offered tremendous support to get the building completed on time and also oversaw all electrical installations and furnishings complete fire alarm and telephone/data/cable for the building.
