Summary: Westgate City Center is an urban-inspired community adjacent to the new sports venues -- and one of Arizona's most important real estate projects ever.
The Village at Westgate City Center, developed by Coyotes Center Development, encompasses 500,000 s.f. of office, retail and entertainment space.
Bergelectric provided all building and site electrical for nine buildings, including a Virgin Megastore - a 15,000 s.f. music and bookstore owned by Virgin Records - along with a half-dozen upscale restaurants and bars. These will be the first tenants in a 280,000 s.f., single-story entertainment zone.
Berg utilized electrical designs from Peterson Associates Consulting Engineering to provide power, site utilities and site lighting for the buildings and parking areas.
