32-Story High-Rise Apartments In Downtown Seattle

Icon Tower at 802 Seneca  is one of the Northwest’s premier high-rise apartment buildings. At 32 stories and over 300 feet in height, it is the tallest building in Seattle’s First Hill district and the first to hit the City’s maximum height requirement for the area.

Bergelectric is providing Design-Assist services for all electrical systems including low voltage and utility coordination and was brought in early in the conceptual stage for fixture selection and distribution sizing.

The project has over 300 residential units, a roof top deck with amenities, parking for 285 vehicles as well as 4,000 square feet of commercial space.
