A New Hotel Tower & Casino In SoCal

Bergelectric assisted the Pechanga Band in creating reality from their dream of a revenue-generating development.  That includes a new permanent casino and hotel on the Pechanga reservation near Temecula.

The 1-million-s.f. resort captured the attention of world-renowned casino general contractor, Perini Building Company, which has built some of the most spectacular gaming facilities in Las Vegas.  Perini sent a team of seasoned professionals from its Nevada and western operations to lead the effort on the massive complex.

Bergelectric’s mobilized a team that invested over 200,000 labor hours on the job.  This high-rolling staff loading was possible due to the depth of resources that Berg brings to the table—over 800 electricians in the Southland region alone.

Pechanga Entertainment Center is one of Berg’s largest and most labor-intensive contracts to date.  In a design-assist role, Bergelectric assisted Perini deliver the complex 60 days ahead of the original schedule—in just 16 months.  Berg didn’t leave anything to chance.  On-site CADD assistance provided by Berg’s highly structured and organized BIM department was one of the many measures instituted to promote rapid delivery on the 300,000-s.f. casino and 14-story hotel/convention center.
