Extensive Use of BIM to Build a World-Class Resort

At The Resort at Pelican Hill, the outside ambiance may well be just as important as the resort’s interiors. Taking advantage of the dramatic canvas offered by Mother Nature was the job of Burton Landscape Architecture Studio and electrical engineer Konsortum 1 to complement the buildings’ exterior areas and spotlight the generous open space that is the trademark of the master-planned Newport Coast.

Bergelectric’s exterior work included an extensive architectural site-lighting package. Berg used their BIM department for our underground systems that provided for precise placement of conduit and fixtures.
