304-Unit Mixed Use Facility in Hillsboro
The Tessera is a 4-story, 450,000-s.f. mixed-use project. The project features four stories of housing totaling 304 units, and seven commercial spaces. The units wrap around a five-story parking structure for use by tenants and guests, and is located adjacent to the MAX light rail line.
In a design build effort, Bergelectric collaborated with engineers MKE & Associates to during the preconstruction and design process. Berg crews are currently installing all electrical systems for this mixed-use facility–including tel-data, CATV and other technology systems. The project finished under-budget in 2014.
