A Cultivated Safety Culture

Bergelectric believes safety is not only a value but a culture that must be continually cultivated and maintained in order to provide their employees, clients and customers a safe and productive work environment. By approaching all projects with this mindset, the reward is easily demonstrated. Bergelectric has maintained an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) far below industry averages and continues to see lower OSHA Recordable Incident Rates (RIR) as well.

Adaptability. Loyalty. Trust.

Throughout their history, Bergelectric has been able to maintain long-lasting relationships with many of the nation’s largest and most innovative general contractors and business owners. These relationships have not only enabled Berg’s growth in terms of market space and geography, but they have pushed the electrical contracting industry to new heights by becoming the shining example of true project adaptability, loyalty, integration, and trust.

Be the premier national electrical contractor with national resources and local presence, serving our clients and employees with exceptional dedication.

Details Matter

In construction, the details make the overall goal come to life.  Since Bergelectric shares the same goals with their clients, the company puts a heavy emphasis on getting the details right the first time.  Their innovative Quality Control Program ensures that Berg’s workmanship and installation processes exceed a client’s expectations.  By requiring dedicated quality control staff that report directly to upper management, no detail goes unnoticed.

Growth & Opportunity

Bergelectric values their employees and the daily contributions that they make to the company.  They recognize that it is their employees, at every level, that truly make Bergelectric a world-class contractor.  It is the company’s priority to provide all employees with training/educational opportunities, the safest jobsite possible and the ability to advance and grow within their organization.  In fact, many of the Bergelectric’s upper-management personnel got their start as apprentice electricians.
