his 1,033,500-square-foot project for Ace Hardware is a warehouse and office facility in Visalia, California. Developed by Seefried Industrial Properties, LJC and Clayco were the design-build team for the new distribution center. The project reached substantial completion in November 2022 and also included 80 acres of sitework and utilities, as well as offsite work. The project showcased Bergelectric’s ability to thrive on a design build, fast-tracked project while driving the design to a target value budget utilizing advanced practices to maintain the project schedule.
