Bergelectric supported construction of The Confidential, a 29‑story apartment tower in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood featuring retail, office space, and high-end residences. A peak crew of 31 delivered custom amenity lighting and LEED Silver–driven systems. Using BIM for coordination, the team overcame tight-site logistics with prefabrication, precision layout tools, and strong project controls, while managing weather challenges and maintaining schedule across complex high-rise construction.
