Block 162

Bergelectric with cooperation of Swinerton Builders has successfully completed the Block 162 project—a 33-story Class A office/mixed-use high-rise addition to Denver’s downtown skyline. The 1.1 million-square foot glass tower includes state-of-the-art office space which can easily be adapted to accommodate tenant’s requirements.
