The spectacular project which broke ground in July 2018 includes a 42,000 square-foot, two-story building on top of a new pier along one of Southern California’s iconic, flagship waterfront restaurant sites: 1360 North Harbor Drive along the North Embarcadero. The project, developed by The Brigantine., Inc., designed by Tucker Sadler Architects and managed by B&G Consultants includes six indoor and outdoor dining options and viewing decks.
