This 4.4-acre project transforms Husky Village into a 305,300-square-foot mixed-use student housing community in Bothell, WA, featuring three six-story residence halls with 1,055 beds for undergraduate and graduate students. The development includes a 15,000-square-foot dining facility, 20,000 square feet of office space, and enhanced transit connections. Designed as a pedestrian-oriented gateway to campus, the project targets LEED Gold certification and includes demolition and stormwater infrastructure improvements.
